A. Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years

B. Educational Qualification
- Asst. Process Technician - You need an aggregate of 60% in Diploma in Chemical Engineering. 50% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD
- Asst. Boiler Technician - An aggregate of 60% in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
50% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD.
It is Desirable to have a First Class Boiler Competency Certificate.

#4. Selection Procedure for HPCL Recruitment
- Once you send your application for HPCL Recruitment you will be called for CBT or Computer Based Test.
- The CBT consists of General Aptitude Test & General/Professional Knowledge.
- Once you qualify CBT, you will have to undergo a Skill Test.
- This Skill Test is merely qualifying in nature though.
- After the Skill Test, you will go through Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

Minimum CTC - Rs. 45000/-

- Fill the Form carefully.
- Upload a correct photo, it cannot be changed later.
- Submit your application.
- Once you submit, 12 digit Application number will be allotted.
- Save the Application number as it required for further Procedures.
- Take a print.
- The Payment is done through SBI Challan/Online Payment.
- Take prints of the 2 part Challan Form.
