3)India to host 10th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance
1. Union Minister of Electronics & Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad will inaugurate ICEGOV 2017, the 10th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance.
2. The three-day conference is being hosted for the first time in India New Delhi, in collaboration with United Nations University and UNESCO.
3. As many as 560 papers from around 60 countries will be presented, the highest number of paper submission in the history of ICEGOV, an official press release said.
4. The conference will have “Building Knowledge Societies: From Digital Government to Digital Empowerment” as its theme.
